A Bride For Christmas (Seven Brides of Christmas Book 2) Page 3

“Let me help you carry those bags into the bedroom,” I say. She agrees and we spend the next hour going through her purchases and organizing them in the closet. I had the closet installed with two in mind, but I had limited space for a dresser. The built-ins have everything I need. We work in silence, but it isn’t strained. By the time we are done, it’s ten-thirty. We are burying my father tomorrow. Somehow, this is just now hitting me. I need to break something, everything.

“Did you buy something for a funeral?”

“I did. Your mom told me it was at ten in the morning, is that right?”

“Yes. I hated that man, but he was my father you know?”

“I never knew my father, but I understand what you mean all the same,” she says, moving towards me from her side of the closet.

“Do you want to go on a honeymoon?” I ask suddenly. She stops and pauses to think.

“Um, eventually, I guess. That doesn't really matter to me though. I know you have a lot going on at work right now. And your dad. That's what's important right now. Speaking of, how did it go at work today?”

Instead of answering her, I close the distance between us and kiss her like I've never kissed anyone before her. Before her, I didn't know what passion was. No other woman can compare. Her tongue darts into my mouth, so I suck on it, drawing a whimper from her. Her perfectly manicured nails dig into my shoulders, until she pulls away from my mouth. She drops to her knees and releases my hard cock. She stares at it a minute or two before, sucking me into her mouth.

“Damn,” I groan. I tangle my hands in her hair. She's good at this. Too good. I pull her hair, hard. She moans. Fuck, she was made for me. “Dirty little girl, you sucked dick before haven't you?” Not that I really want to know but I had to ask. Her eyes reconnect with mine. She shakes her head no and pops off my dick to answer me. I stroke my cock, I'm already on the verge of coming.

“No, Husband. Yours is the only cock I've ever known,” she says sweetly, licking her swollen lips. Fuck, I have no choice. Her words cause me to paint her tits with my seed. Like a caveman, I rub it into her skin, marking her in all ways.

“Fuck, you like that don't you dirty girl?” She nods and pulls my still hard cock back into her mouth, licking me clean. “I need your pretty pussy squeezing me tight,” I say lifting her tiny body into my arms. I slide her pussy down my cock, using her hips to pull her up and down, over and over. Damn. Fucking my wife in the closet makes her screams of pleasure so much louder. In this position, I can see my cock sliding in and out of her. Her swollen pussy lips practically pulling me back in. Her orgasm is long and I can feel her entire body shaking in my arms. Again, I flood her unprotected womb with my seed.

“Matilda, you don't know what you do to me.” Still impaled on my cock, she smirks and begins to fuck herself on me. I am so deep inside of her she's able to grind her clit against my lower abs. “More dirty girl?” I ask, but I already have my answer.

The next morning, I stare at Matilda while she sleeps. She's so goddamn beautiful. I am still in awe of the fact that she is all fucking mine. I'm a caveman when it comes to her, but I don't give a single flying fuck. Her dark, now curly, hair is flung across both of our pillows. Yesterday it was super straight, while that was hot, these curls look like they were made by my fingers pulling and tugging on them all night long. Somehow, that's hotter. I climb out of bed, though I don't want to. Its eight and we need to be there for my mom at 9:15 at the latest. Throughout the night we reached for each other time and again. I let her sleep a while longer while I hop in the shower. I can still taste her juices on my lips. Fuck, if that doesn't make me hard again. How is that even possible? Ignoring it, I finish up. As I brush my teeth, Matilda walks in and comes up behind me, kissing my back.

“Good morning, baby,” I say surprising myself. I have never been one for nicknames, but it feels right.

“Morning, Jeb. I need a shower and coffee. It's later than I thought. I wonder why I am so exhausted?” Her smirk is the sexiest fucking thing I've ever seen.

“Go ahead and get ready. We will grab some coffee on the way to the church,” I say, pulling her around in front of me. I kiss her soundly. She moans and rubs herself against me. “We don't have time for this, baby. But I'll give you what you need when we get home.” She pulls back and smiles at me.

“Okay.” When she walks away from me, I can't help smacking her ass, hard. She moans. Her pale skin pinks right up. I love that she likes it rough.

She gets into the shower and I head for the closet.

That Delilah sure knows what she's doing.

  Chapter 6

  Tilly

Oh my God. I am so deliciously sore, but I want more. It's amazing how different I feel today compared to yesterday. While I know I need to get to know him more, I can't help loving what I do know. I feel insane. I want him to love me like I love him. I don't even care how crazy it is. I just met him yesterday, but he is already ingrained in my soul and the very fiber of my being. I wash my body, deciding to leave my hair curly. Getting out, I dry off. I didn't get around to setting up my side of the vanity last night. My pussy clenches involuntarily at the thought of him commanding my body as he did. I had no idea that I'd like it so roughly, how could I, but fuck, it was amazing.

I pull out the make-up bag I brought with me. With the stuff I bought yesterday, I finally have a full set of makeup. Which reminds me I need to give him his credit card back. I thought black American Express cards were a myth, but apparently not. I open the top drawer of the vanity and dump my makeup in it, tossing the old hand me down bag in the trash. I bought it at Goodwill four years ago. It's seen better days, but none of them were with me. I begin applying light makeup and then I spray my hair with some hairspray and call it a day. It's a funeral, not the Oscars.

Going to the closet, I pull on a hot pink bra and set. Then a knee length black dress with a little flair at the bottom, as well as some black kitten heels. I don't need to bust my ass on the ice in front of Atlanta royalty. Patty is apparently good friends with several Real Housewives.

This is as good as it gets, I think looking at myself in the full-length mirror in the closet.

I walk out into the living room and Jeb whistles.

“I know it's a funeral, wife, but fuck, you look incredible. Are you ready?” I nod. “We should go before I fuck you.” God, I love the way he speaks to me. I grab my new black coat which he takes from me and helps me into. Once we are in the the car, he squeezes my hand the entire way to the church.

He sends tingles down my spine and causes goosebumps to ripple up on my legs.

“Are you cold, baby? I can turn the heat up if you want,” he asks rubbing his thumb in small circles on the back of my hand.

“No, no. I am good,” I say, stuttering.

He cranks the heat up anyway causing me to smile.

When we pull into the parking lot of the large non-denominational church, I can see that the parking lot is getting full. Getting out of the car, I find Patty standing by the door, shaking hands with people. Holding hands once again, we make our way to her. Jeb releases my hand in order to pull his mother into his arms. She’s crying, but even I can tell they aren’t real tears. It takes everything in me not to smirk at her. Once Jeb releases her, she grabs my hands.

“I need you to help me get through this without laughing,” she says. I step closer to her.

“Don't worry, Patty. I got you.”

“You know, dear. You could call me mom, if you'd like.” My heart swells and tears well up.

“I'd like that, mom,” I say causing her to smile.

“Sorry, I'm late,” a small voice says. A beautiful girl about my age hugs Jeb. I'm instantly irrationally jealous. I don't have time to dwell on that before she is clinging to Patty.

“It's okay, Enid. We haven't started yet. Where is Trevor?” Patty asks.

“Parking the car.” I must look confused, because Patty takes pity on me.

  “Her d
river and bodyguard.”

“Who is she?” Enid asks politely.

  “Tilly. Your brother’s wife.”

“Oh thank God. I'd die if I had to run this company. You are a lifesaver,” she squeals, pulling me into a bear hug. “He's kind of an asshole, so let me know if you want me to kick his ass.”

“I will,” I say, chuckling softly and returning her hug as best I can since she has my arms pinned.

Enid takes her place in line and when I try to take a step back, Jeb grabs my hand. “Don't. I need you,” he pleads quietly. Looking in his dark eyes, I see the truth in them so I stand by his side.

Things are moving along great, until it's not.

“What the fuck is she doing here?” Enid mutters from my left. It's then that I notice a tall gorgeous man standing behind her’ watching her like a hawk. I've read enough romance novels to know that man is totally in love with her. I follow her line of sight to a bleach blonde wearing a fur coat. My eyes widen as she stops in front of Jeb. He squeezes my hand to the point of pain, but I don't pull away from him.

“Tawdry. What are you doing here?”

“I came to pay my respects, Josiah. Besides, I wanted you to know that I'm available to you for the type of arrangement I had with your father.”

Oh, hell no. Did she just proposition my husband at a funeral? I hold my breath. Jeb could answer in the affirmative.

“Are you fucking kidding me? Take your hand off me,” Jeb says through clenched teeth.

I smile, knowing I'll never have anything to worry about.

But this bitch isn't listening. I watch as her hand snakes up his forearm and I can't keep quiet about this anymore.

“Excuse me,” I say forcibly removing her hand from his body.

  “And you are?”

“I’m his wife, so I am going to need you to step back. You are not welcome here.”

“Your wife? You weren’t married when we were at the lawyers office.”

“Well, he is now,” I say not letting Jeb get a word in edgewise.

“I’m not leaving,” she says crossing her arms over her obviously fake chest. “You can’t make me. I loved Alex,” she says mustering up tears.

“As evidenced by you propositioning yet another married man,” I say, seething. I am not one hundred percent certain why I am so mad, but her just being here is beyond disrespectful to Patty who has been nothing but nice to me.

The receiving line has dwindled down, but there are still people out front, staring at us.

“He came on to me, FYI and I see no reason why Josiah can’t continue the tradition.”

“So not happening. I am going to have to ask you to leave,” I say, getting angrier by the minute.

By this point, I don’t give a fuck who is watching. When she puts her hands on my man again, I lose my shit. I wrench her skank ass away from him and without thinking, I haul off and punch her botoxed face, with my left hand. The left hand that has a giant rock on it as of yesterday. Oops, her face is bleeding, but fuck my hand feels like it’s on fire.

“Dammit,” I say, clutching my fist. I look at it, it’s red, but I am almost positive the blood is hers.

“Fuck, baby. Are you okay? That was so hot.”

“I’m fine,” I say, watching Trevor lead the skank away from the church and back to her car. I chance a glance at Enid, she is fuming, but it is more so at the fact that Trevor is touching her.

Patty doesn’t look happy. I hope she isn’t too mad at me for causing a scene.

  Chapter 7

  Josiah

Fuck. That was so hot. Watching her hit Tawdry might have been the highlight of my day so far, but my need for her is immediate.

“Please don’t be mad at me, Patty. I’m sorry I caused a spectacle,” Matilda says, worrying her bottom lip.

“Don’t worry about it, Tilly. I would have liked to do that myself, but it was just as satisfying watching you do it.”

“Why hasn’t Trevor come back?” Enid asks out of nowhere.

I don’t have an answer for her, but we make our way into the church. My mother and sister go to sit down in the front pew, but I drag Matilda into the empty social hall.

“What are you doing?” she asks me, wide eyed.

“You have no fucking idea how hot that was, do you?” I ask.

“No, tell me how hot it was,” she says giggling.

“So hot, baby, my cock is hard. In church.”

  “That's bad, husband. Really bad.”

“What are we going to do about it?” I ask.

“Nothing, until we get home,” she says grinning. She better be joking. I can't go back out there with this hard-on.

“You're killing me, baby,” I say, nibbling on her neck.

“Oh, Jeb. I need you. Fuck, the way you command my body is too much.”

“Are you wet, dirty little girl?”

  “Always,” she answers breathlessly.

“This is going to be quick, baby,” I growl as I lift her into my arms and pin her against the wall. I free my cock and shove her panties to the side. Slamming inside her, her moan is sexy as fuck, but too loud for our location. I clamp my free hand over her mouth, while the other still holds her ass.

I slam into her tight body, over and over, until I know that she has come. Once she has, I finally release my seed into her. I pull out from her, but her pussy grips me hard. I rest my forehead on hers. “Thank you, baby. You have no idea how much I needed you,” I say, kissing her lips.

“I have some idea,” she says grinning, as I fix her pretty pink panties and set her down gently. I zip back up while she straightens her dress.

Once we are righted, I grab her hand and pull her to me, kissing her hard.

We head back into the sanctuary, where the pastor is just starting his sermon. I’ve written a eulogy that anyone who knows us will know I’m lying, but it’s not as if I can stand up in this church and say he was a cheating bastard who broke my mother’s heart daily the thirty years they were married. So I stick to his business accolades and the facts. It’s cold and clinical, but it’s better than the alternative.

We sit beside my mother and sister while Pastor Henderson talks about my father. I try hard to not roll my eyes, but as he talks, despite all the faults he had, he was still my dad. I both hated and loved him and that is a bitter pill to swallow since I never got the chance to tell him. As though she can tell I am struggling with this, Matilda puts her hand on my thigh. That touch calms me down instantly. Is it crazy to be so in love after barely a day of knowing her? I decide that it is crazy but it changes nothing.

I want to tell her, but now isn’t the time.

Later that afternoon, at my mother’s house, friends of our family have gathered to reminisce over food. I am just ready for this day to be over. I want to go home with my wife and watch a movie or something, anything but this.

Finally the last of the guests are leaving. When the Kincaid’s oldest son, Klem, tries to hug Enid, things get crazy. Trevor steps forward out of nowhere, in between them.

“That won’t be happening. Move along,” Trevor says gruffly. I smile, knowing that look all too well. He is in love with my little sister.

“Back off, Trevor. I can talk to whomever I want to,” Enid snaps at him.

“You know that isn’t accurate, precious,” he says pulling her into his arms. “I’ve been waiting for this day for two long years. Tell me you feel the same way?”

“I do, but you were always so professional. I had no idea.”

“Well, now you know,” he says releasing her.

“So we’re going to go,” I say shaking Trevor’s hand and giving hugs to my mom and Enid.

Matilda and my mom speak quietly for a few minutes while I grab our coats.

Once we are in the car and on our way back home, I finally feel like I can breathe again.

“I think that your mom should move out of that house,” she says quietly.

  “I agree. Too many bad
memories.”

“I also think she should stay with us. You have so much room we’d rarely see her.”

“You don’t have to sell me on it baby. If that’s what she wants, then it’s what we’ll do,” I say as she pulls her phone out of her purse and texts furiously. “Who are you talking to?” I ask not liking the jealousy I’m feeling.

“Your mother. I told her I’d tell her what you said when I asked you,” she says showing me her phone.

“You already discussed this with her?”

“I did. I want her to be happy,” she says.

“Fuck, I am going to love you forever,” I say without thinking.

  “What?”

“I love you. I know it’s fast but-”

“I love you too,” she says cutting me off.

“We are crazy,” I say quickly looking at her.

“Watch the road, crazy,” she says smiling.

Once we get home, I make love to my wife until we both pass out from exhaustion. A week ago, I saw my father’s will as a curse, but not anymore. It made me do something reckless, like finding a matchmaker, who brought me the love of my life.

The next two weeks fly by. We get into a homelife groove that I will never complain about. On Christmas Eve, we get ready to go to a ball thrown by Delilah and her husband, Kyle. The Dream Sky Hotel is one I have been to many times for one conference or another, but never for a formal function. I am in my tux before Matilda even comes out of the bathroom.

“I’ll be downstairs, baby. Do you want a drink before we go out?”

“Not old enough, remember?” she sing-songs from behind the closed bathroom door.

“Always following the rules,” I say shaking my head and heading downstairs.

Twenty minutes later, I’ve already finished my scotch and am watching SportsCenter on my phone, when I hear her heels on the tile. I look up and damn near swallow my tongue. Her tight white dress leaves nothing to the imagination. She looks like a bride. My fucking bride.

“I’m ready, Jeb,” she says shyly. That is so unlike her, that I drop my phone and move to her.
